根据天津科技大学研究生院发布的论文模版制作：

针对模版中对于学硕和专硕的论文要求，制作天津科技大学人工智能学院硕士论文模版，beta版

作者：刘建征

在0.1版基础上有所修正
清除了0.2版中一些没用的东西，使用效果与0.2无差别。
修正了0.21版的一个无所谓的小错误，使用效果与0.21无差别。
0.22版中忘记修改readme.md了
在0.23版基础上进行了去隐私处理
在0.24版基础上进行了一些细节格式调整，包括参考文献标注以及标题间距
